Paid Media Manager

• 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads lead generation
• recent experience managing at least USD 10,000/month
• proven US-market results
• strong tracking knowledge including Pixel, Events Manager, CAPI, GA4/GTM and CRM integrations
• ability to produce or coordinate creatives
• native or excellent Spanish and strong written/spoken English
• autonomous execution
• availability Monday-Friday with meaningful overlap with US Central Time

• build and optimize Meta/Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns by campus and program
• write and test English and Spanish ad copy
• create and test static and short-form video creatives
• manage budgets and testing
• monitor CPL, lead quality, appointments and enrollments
• maintain Meta Pixel, events, UTMs and CRM tracking
• work with admissions teams to close the loop from lead to enrollment
• deliver weekly reports
• document SOPs
• ensure compliance with Meta policies and Texas career-school advertising rules
• later help launch Google Search campaigns

USD 1,550–2,000 gross/month based on demonstrated experience, with possible performance bonus. Remote from Latin America. Full-time dedicated contractor, long-term opportunity, direct access to the founders and responsibility for scaling a multi-campus acquisition system.
