About the Role:We are recruiting professionals for Assessment and Intake Specialist opportunities based on current sourcing requirements. Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring. Position Overview:Conduct detailed assessment and intake calls with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed assessment and intake calls with prospective customers.

• Document needs, use sound judgment and coordinate referrals and handoffs.
• Maintain careful confidentiality in healthcare, behavioral-health or similar intake work. Qualifications:- At least 2 years as Intake Coordinator or similar in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or patient/customer intake
• Clear English communication for US business collaboration. Additional Relevant Experience:- Strong intake documentation, judgment, referrals/hand-offs, and HIPAA-level confidentiality
