About the Role:We are recruiting professionals for Assistant Property Manager - US Residential opportunities based on current sourcing requirements. Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring. Position Overview:Support residential leasing, applications, renewals, move-ins and move-outs.

Key Responsibilities:- Support residential leasing, applications, renewals, move-ins and move-outs.

• Communicate with residents and owners in English and Spanish.
• Maintain property records and investigate unfamiliar operational issues independently. Qualifications:- 1–3+ years of U. S. residential property management including leasing and day-to-day operations
• Independent ownership and critical thinking
• Fluent Spanish and excellent English are required. Additional Relevant Experience:- Fluent Spanish for Spanish-speaking tenants and owners
