About the Role:We are recruiting professionals for Head of Revenue Operations opportunities based on current sourcing requirements. Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring. Position Overview:Lead the revenue or sales operations function for B2B SaaS or services.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the revenue or sales operations function for B2B SaaS or services.

• Own forecasting, pipeline reporting and board-level revenue reporting.
• Design sales compensation and quota plans and own GTM systems strategy.
• Lead revenue operations teams and deal-desk processes. Qualifications:- Head/Director-level Revenue Operations or Sales Operations ownership
• 7+ years in revenue, sales or marketing operations at B2B SaaS or B2B services companies
• Clear English communication for US business collaboration. Additional Relevant Experience:- Board-level revenue forecasting ownership
• Ownership of sales compensation plan design
• GTM systems strategy ownership
