Key Responsibilities:- Convert inbound home-services inquiries into booked appointments.

• Handle first-contact customer conversations professionally by phone.
• Use prior HVAC, plumbing, tree-care or similar experience to support customers. Qualifications:- Proven inbound lead conversion to booked appointments
• Previous home-services experience in HVAC, plumbing, tree care, or similar
• Clear English communication for US business collaboration.
