Position Overview:Coordinate installation projects across customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate installation projects across customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams.

• Track schedules, deadlines, follow-ups and concurrent work.
• Anticipate issues and drive tasks through completion using CRM and project-management systems. Qualifications:- 2+ years in project coordination, operations coordination, scheduling, customer operations, field services, or related work
• Proven concurrent job, project, or workflow coordination with deadline and follow-up tracking
• Clear English communication for US business collaboration. Additional Relevant Experience:- Hands-on CRM, project management, scheduling, dispatch, or job management system experience
• Construction, installation, home services, field services, or technician coordination experience
