Key Responsibilities:- Lead maintenance teams and day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate vendors, technicians, work orders, service levels and escalations.
• Apply hands-on maintenance knowledge to operational decisions and preventive maintenance. Qualifications:- Proven maintenance leadership owning a team, function, or site operations
• Hands-on technical maintenance experience relevant to leading a maintenance function
• Clear English communication for US business collaboration. Additional Relevant Experience:- People and operations management in a maintenance setting
• Maintenance vendor management experience
• Preventive maintenance program experience
