About the Role:We are recruiting professionals for Operations Associate - Research and Investment Operations opportunities based on current sourcing requirements. Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring. Position Overview:Reconcile and verify operational data, maintain KPI and management reporting, and investigate discrepancies.

• Research information across web sources and retain clear evidence.
• Support calendars, meeting notes, vendors and operational follow-up. Qualifications:- Operations or investment-operations experience with advanced Excel for reconciliations, data verification, KPI/management reporting, and absolute data precision - calibre similar to an Operations Associate / Ops Manager in wealth, banking, or corporate ops.
• Clear English communication for US business collaboration. Additional Relevant Experience:- Generalist investigative research and sourcing across the web and forums, including capturing evidence with screenshots.
• Comfortable light executive admin: calendars, meeting minutes, vendor coordination, and responsive support on a long leash.
• Practical day-to-day use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for ops and research workflows; Power BI or similar dashboards a plus.
• Background in operations, audit, FP&A, bookkeeping, wealth management, banking, asset management, or executive assistance.
